All payments on eStore700 are processed through Escrow.com — a licensed escrow agent and money transmitter since 1999. These terms explain how your funds are held, released, and refunded.
All payments are held by Escrow.com's licensed trust account until delivery is confirmed. Funds are not released to eStore700 until (a) you affirmatively accept the digital delivery in your Escrow.com dashboard, or (b) the 24-hour buyer inspection window expires without dispute.
Upon successful payment capture, eStore700 marks the transaction "Delivered" in Escrow.com and emails you a signed, watermarked PDF download link valid for 24 hours and up to 3 downloads. Each file is individually licensed with your name, email, and Escrow transaction ID.
You have 24 hours from delivery to review the digital product and either accept it or file a dispute in the Escrow.com dashboard. If no action is taken within 24 hours, the transaction is auto-completed and funds are released to eStore700.
Refunds are issued only when a product is not delivered, or is materially not as described. All refund decisions are administered by Escrow.com under its dispute resolution process. Once delivery is confirmed by the buyer or the inspection window expires, all sales are final.
Each downloaded PDF is watermarked with buyer identity and Escrow transaction ID. Use is licensed for personal and business use only. Unauthorized redistribution or resale is a violation of copyright and will be prosecuted.
Your payment is separately governed by Escrow.com's General Escrow Instructions and Terms of Use available at escrow.com/legal. By completing checkout, you agree to those terms in addition to eStore700's.

Inspection & Confirmation: You have 24 hours to download and review your purchase. After you confirm delivery in Escrow.com or after the inspection period ends, funds are released to us.
Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final after delivery confirmation. No refunds will be issued after confirmation or expiry of the inspection period. If you experience any technical issue with your file, please contact us within the inspection period via Escrow.com and we will resolve it immediately.
